Commando 8 ELRS V2 Radio Transmitter (868/915 MHz) The improved iFlight Commando 8 is here, equipped with fully integrated iFlight ExpressLRS hardware, a temperature compensated crystal oscillator and an improved cooling system. These improvements not only improve performance and reliability, but also provide drone enthusiasts with a more enjoyable and hassle-free flight experience. No additional external module is required to run ELRS. If you plan to run an additional TX module, check out the optional add-on external module. The ExpressLRS TX modules were developed in close collaboration with the ExpressLRS team with already released firmware targets. Function - Internal iFlight ExpressLRS (ELRS) transmitter (additional fan and aluminum sheet for cooling). - Backpack function. - Newly improved temperature compensated crystal oscillator (lower packet loss, high frequency stability). - High quality digital hall sensor gimbals for maximum accuracy. - High-performance single-band radio PCB antennas (900/2400 MHz). - Built-in 4000mAh for power up to 20h (2x 2000mAh 18650 batteries). - Stock EdgeTX firmware with pre-installed Lua scripts. - Multiple gimbal rod ends available (18mm in stock). Performance and compatibility For maximum performance, use iFlight ELRS receivers paired with this transmitter. ELRS option only (single TX) One ELRS option includes 1x 915MHz V2 TX module (select band) pre-installed in the back of the radio The cooling fan is inside the flat back cover.
